RETURNING to VANCOUVER

BACK HOME in VANCOUVER
The last day in Munich was not the last. Munich's time zone is 9 hours off Vancouver's. The flight from MUC to YVR takes 12 hours through Calgary. Additionally, my Air Transat flight was 9 hours late due to a mechanical problem that trapped the plane on the ground at Amsterdam. So when I arrived home in Vancouver at 5 AM on Saturday morning, I was completely flogged with jetlag. It was a surly crowd that arrived at Vancouver.
