Wednesday evening
Max has been causing scandals here on the street by walking around with lime green shoelaces. Everybody stares. They are afraid that they may be missing the latest fashion trend.
Today we did the palace and saw Napoleons bedroom. Max is amazed at the decoration of the state rooms. He was boggled for a couple of hours so I fear for his stability when he sees Versailles. Lovely weather and off tomorrow for Paris to get rid of the car. We will blitz the highlights and then on to Vienna for Peter. Max will have to be dragged to the airport in a sack. He loves it.
Several people predicted that he would rebel about day 2 and demand to see Euro-Disney, but he is really into this.
